  Anyone see Criss Angel walk on water last night on A&E?

  ok, i'm not a person who takes what i see on tv as "real" but that was pretty darn mind blowing.

  the guy walked on the hoover dam lake, people were coming into the water, checking out the water underneath him to make sure he wasn't walking on something and it appeared he was not.

  holy crap, i watched in complete disbelieve yet thinking, how could you pull that off as an illusion?

  You're better off being mystified by it. If you knew how it was done then the magic ceases to be magical and becomes a "trick" and that's no fun to watch.

  I think it would be funny to be carrying the mic and just sort of take over the whole show. Start acting like a talk show host...Donahue comes to mind as he would run through the audience getting comments. Start out asking follow up questions after they give an answer and at the end don't forget to thank the sponsors. :)

  I just ran across this yesterday in Franz's Crisis of Conscience:
  
  On page 41 he is relating about the GB discussions on a variety of topics. "...issues about
  the Society's existing practice of using irregular channels to funnel money into certain
  countries (Indonesia as one example) in a way that would gain greater value for the American
  dollars involved, doing this even though the particular country had laws ruling this illegal;..."
  
  A KH should not be built with dubious money. Neither should the WT be doing ANYTHING with
  dubious money. But of course you can bet your sweet bippy they do, always have and always will.
